1. Bugzilla:
Bugzilla
is the most stable, actively maintained and widely used bug tracking
systems in the world. This system can be used by Linux kernel
development team, Apache development team, GNOME development team and
Red Hat too. It's written in Perl language and it works on databases
like MySQL and Oracle.
2. Mantis:
Written
in PHP, this bug tracker also works on databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL
and more. It's a free open source bug tracker which is licensed under
GNU v2.
3. Trac:
This
one is written in Python and it's quite an easy-to-use option which is
mainly used in project management. It's licensed under BSD.
4. Redmine:
Redmine, written in Ruby on Rails, has project management features too like time tracking and LDAP authentication.

This

This

10. Webissues:
Webissues
also uses MySQL database for the server side and it's too written in
PHP. It doesn't provide any web-based interface, though, and this client
