1. Third party keyboard

Users can change the default Android keyboard on their Android phones. There are plenty of innovative keyboard options available in Google Play Store. Users can use some cool keyboard apps like, Swype for easier way of typing.

2. Power saving mode

Users can enable power saving mode to save some extra battery juice. Power saving mode comes with custom UI of manufacturer. Stock vanilla Android doesn't have power saving option. Power saving mode basically hibernates the most battery consuming features such as GPS, Bluetooth. It adjusts the screen on time and brightness all by itself.

3. Google Now

Google Now is a personal assistance. Users can customize, add, remove stacks provided by Google. Google now can interact with you and get your most of the activities done using voice commands.

Users can create folders to organise their apps in different categories. This reduces cluttered app drawer. It helps in finding the right app when needed. 9. Bandwidth management

Users can reduce their data usage using bandwidth management option in Chrome. Chrome has an option called “Reduce Data Usage”. It removes whitespaces in webpages and reduces resolution of images in order to reduce data usage.

10. Extra battery

No matter what power saving app you use, the battery dies quite often for heavy users. Many Android phones have removable battery. You can always keep extra charged battery with you for emergency usage.
